Residential Property Purchases - First Time Buyers get SDLT exemption

The Government has introduced a fresh initiative to assist first time buyers to get a foot on the property ladder by granting a Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) exemption to first time buyers who meet the qualification criteria and who are purchasing residential property at a price of £250,000 or less.
