We aim to be approachable and supportive and can deliver pragmatic advice to help you with any issues that arise during the course of your employment: from recruitment, to moving on.
We help individuals at all levels within an organisation and we regularly advise on: discrimination, redundancy, disciplinary matters, TUPE transfers, compromise agreements, restrictive covenants/restraints, and unfair dismissals.
We can also provide support with work-place grievances and family rights. If you are part of a group of employees affected by the same work-place issue, we can provide initial advice in a group seminar to help you save money.
At Ormerods, we also offer a specialist advocacy service and can provide you with the representation that you need in the Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeal Tribunal and any Court in England and Wales. As we conduct our own advocacy (representation at court and tribunal hearings), you will know who is involved in your case from the outset and will be able to communicate directly with the team throughout.
