HIPS - Home Information Packs for Wimbledon

All properties going on the market now need a Home Information Pack (HIP).   A HIP includes an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) which contains an estimation of the carbon efficiency of the property and advice on how this could be improved.   Also included in the HIP are some important conveyancing documents.Recently the transistional provisions ended which means that a full HIP must be available before a property can be marketed. We believe that we provide a quality HIP at a fair price and very quickly so the property can be marketed.

We regard the HIP as the first stage in the conveyancing process, and our HIPS are prepared by lawyers.  This means that we have examined the title even before you have found a buyer. This can save you time and money and reduce the risk of a fall through being caused by a problem which could have been solved by us prior to an offer for the sale of the property being agreed.
